Implants weren’t an option for this patient. The oral surgeon who referred her to Smile On Nashville, asked if we could replace the missing teeth until she is eligible for implants. A maryland bridge wouldn’t address existing shade/color or the centrals and canines, so we planned a Ribbond reinforced bridge that would provide the support for the missing laterals. To make the smile uniform in shape and color, resin was placed over the centrals, canines and the premolars.

The facial surface was cutback and so tint and stain could be placed behind a final layer of microhybrid resin to optimize aesthetics. This was the best, least invasive treatment for this patient. We removed ZERO too structure to create this new smile.

No labs, no tooth removal, just additive reinforced composite resin. Smile On!
