This smile makeover was a success because of extensive planning. After wisdom tooth removal, we planned to reposition his bone and soft tissue. If you notice the before and after, you will see that we didn’t add length to his teeth, instead, we pushed the bone and soft tissue upwards for the length we needed.
A full flap crown lengthening procedure was completed followed by about four months of healing. After the healing, impressions were made for prepless veneers. Again, no teeth were shaved or cut back to create this smile.
